- Assistive Technology including equipment prescription

Therapeutic Supports, Assistive Technology and Home Modifications for Participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to assist participants to meet their goals.
In home Occupational Therapy Services including assessment, intervention and education including aids and appliances under the Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP). Home modifications to improve safe access, short term focussed treatment programs including functional mobility retraining or cognitive retraining focussing on reaching the best possible functional outcome.
Occupational Therapy Services can be funded from Home Care Packages for individuals in receipt of services. Eligibility and available funds for assessment and ongoing intervention may differ for individuals and providers.
Chronic Disease Management (CDM) under Medicare to patients with a chronic medical condition on referral from a General Practitioner (GP)
Fee for service for Occupational Therapy Assessment and Intervention with extras funding contribution from your insurer.
Registered service provider for Work Cover Queensland.
